Poway Unified School District elementary, special needs students return to in-person learning
After months of virtual learning, elementary school students in the Poway Unified School District are returning to campus on Monday.

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) â Some Poway Unified School District students are returning to on-campus learning on Monday.
Starting Feb. 1, only students at district elementary schools and those in the special needs program will be able to go to campuses for in-person instruction.
The districtâs original plan was to reopen schools on Jan. 19, but due to a surge in coronavirus cases and a lack of staffing, the reopening was delayed.
