Newsdakota.com confirms that, starting today (January 8), Governor Doug Burgum officially gave the ok for North Dakota bars and restaurants can increase their capacities from 50% to 65%. And events, such as weddings, can increase capacity from 25% to 50%. The standard stipulations for social / physical distancing apply:

West Fargo, ND – January 7, 2021 – The Red River Valley Fair Executive Board of Directors has voted to move the Red River Valley Fair to a 10-day Fair beginning this July. The 2021 Red River Valley Fair will be July 9 – 18 at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds in West Fargo.
The 2021 Red River Valley Fair will be returning after the 2020 Fair was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
‘We are excited to expand the Red River Valley Fair to ten days beginning with this year’s Fair! We are going to have all the aspects of the Fair that people love and will bring additional experiences for Fair attendees to take part in during all ten days of the upcoming Red River Valley Fair,’ Red River Valley Fair CEO Cody Cashman said. ‘Expanding the Fair to ten days gives us more opportunities for us to create memorable memories for people to feel safe while attending the Fair.’
