Jason Gutterman, who runs the YouTube channel Amagansett Press, records the U.S. post office in Moorhead before being asked to stop filming by employees. Police were called to the scene, and the video prompted numerous calls and comments from around the country that led the Moorhead Police Department to disable its Facebook page.
MOORHEAD, Minn. The Moorhead Police Department disabled its Facebook page on Wednesday, May 12, after a self-described First Amendment YouTuber posted his interaction with officers at a U.S. post office.

FARGO Area cities and counties served by the Fargo-based regional 911 dispatch center are forming a task force to develop plans for a new or remodeled facility by the end of this year.
The current facility for the Red River Regional Dispatch Center, which serves Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo, Cass County and Clay County, has become crowded and faces safety concerns, according to local officials.

A taxi driver suffering from suspicious injuries was found dead early Wednesday in his crashed car in Moorhead, authorities said.
Officers were dispatched about 3:30 a.m. to the scene of the crash, the 300 block of S. 20th Street, and saw the wreckage next to railroad tracks, police said.
The officers believe the taxi was heading east, crossed over 20th, then over the tracks and crashed.

FARGO (KVRR) – Cass Fargo Emergency Management has apologized for mistakenly sending a mass notification at around midnight Wednesday.
Officials say the message was sent to 55,766 contacts and was delivered to 7,655 contacts before employees realized the error.
“At 11:54 p.m., an employee inadvertently sent the monthly test to residents rather than in the test environment. Cass Fargo Emergency Management apologizes for this error and is evaluating processes to ensure this does not reoccur.”
The monthly test is required by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
Area residents can subscribe to the alerts to receive information during both emergency and non-emergency situations.
