Vietnam Embassy requests US agencies support to hasten the operation of Bamboo Airways’ nonstop flight to the US
The Embassy of Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the U.S. shows its gratitude and expectation for further favorable conditions from the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of State, and the Federal Aviation Administration for Bamboo Airways to successfully operate its inaugural non-stop flight connecting Vietnam and the U.S.
In the official dispatch on July 9th, the Embassy presents its compliment to the host country authorities for supporting and facilitating flights to repatriate thousands of Vietnamese citizens stranded in the U.S. due to Covid-19 pandemic.

To date, the committee has promptly distributed nearly 882
billion VND to frontline forces at hospitals, medical centres, quarantine
sites, and border areas, as well as needy people affected by the pandemic.

The Vietnam Embassy in the U.S. expects further favorable conditions from US agencies for Bamboo Airways to operate its inaugural non-stop flight connecting Vietnam and the States.
In the official dispatch on July 9, the embassy expresses its gratitude to the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, and Federal Aviation Administration for supporting and facilitating flights to repatriate thousands of Vietnamese citizens stranded in the U.S. due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
While international commercial flights remain suspended, Bamboo Airways has been granted permission to conduct charter flights to transport goods and passengers to the U.S., the foreign mission of Vietnam emphasized.
