An all-out election is taking place, with all 63 council seats up for grabs. Counting starts at 10am and final results are expected this afternoon. The major political parties: Conservatives, Lib Dems, Labour, and the Greens, are all standing candidates, alongside smaller parties like Reform UK, and independents. There are some tight marginal seats on the council across Oxfordshire, which could change the balance of power in the chamber. For example, Labour hopes to win Banbury Hardwick from the Conservatives; the Lib Dems hope to win Eynsham from the Conservatives; and the Conservatives hope to win Sutton Courtenay and Marcham from the Lib Dems.
