HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WDAM) - Beginning next week, people 75 and over will be able to receive COVID-19 vaccines at a new health facility in Hattiesburg.
The HealthWorks Immunization Clinic will start administering Moderna vaccines on Monday, Jan. 11.
The clinic is on the first floor of Hattiesburg Clinic.
The facility, which is the result of a partnership between Forrest General Hospital and Hattiesburg Clinic, has already been vaccinating healthcare workers since Jan. 4, as part of phase one of the COVID-19 vaccine roll-out plan from the Mississippi State Department of Health.
