BPSO Arrest Report April 5-11, 2021

    Dequan Prater was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Texas St. DeRidder and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule I. Dequan was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $3000.00.     Timothy McKee was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Granberry at Bluebird Rd. and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II, Possession of CDS Schedule I, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Timothy was booked into the BPSO jail and bond is TBS.     Tina Choffel was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II, Possession of CDS Schedule I, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Turning Movements and Required Signals. Tina was booked into the BPSO jail and bond was set at $1,300.00.

FELONY •Steven Dario Quiriconi, 63, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Unlawful Use of Weapon: sentenced to 45 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC), 15 months post-prison supervision, $500 fine and restitution to be determined; pleaded guilty to DUII (misdemeanor): sentenced to 60 days jail, $2,000 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to four counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person (misdemeanors): sentences to discharge; pleaded guilt to a second count of DUII (misdemeanor): sentenced to 90 days jail, $2,000 fine and 3 years driver’s license suspension. •Curtis Wendell Bevan, 45, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Theft I: sentenced to 13 months Oregon DOC, 1 year post-prison supervision and $200 fine. •Clifford Eugene Bradley, 55, Boardman, pleaded guilty to Fleeing/Attempt to Elude Police: sentenced to 13 months Oregon DOC, 2 years post-prison supervision and $200 fine; pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked (misdemeanor

Feb 24, 2021 10:17 AM By: Thunder Bay Police Police arrested two youths following a Tuesday evening assault in which a replica firearm was fired multiple times.  Thunder Bay Police Service officers with the Uniform Patrol Branch were dispatched to the area of Connolly and McLaughlin Streets at about 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 23 following reports of a weapons call in progress.  When police arrived they learned a victim, a male in his 30s, was walking home from a nearby coffee shop when two youths began following him.
