47abc January 28, 2021 SALISBURY, Md. – A Salisbury non-profit is continuing to show their appreciation for healthcare workers in the area during the pandemic. On Wednesday, TidalHealth thanked Operation We Care for giving care packages to workers in a COVID-19 unit. The non-profit gave enough packages for the day and night shift, and TidalHealth says they are very appreciative. Each care package contains things like handwritten notes of appreciation, gift cards, and snacks for the employees. Operation We Care,  an all-volunteer non-profit organization in Salisbury continues to show their and support for front-line workers and first responders during the coronavirus pandemic. On Monday, the organization delivered pizza from Maya Bella’s Pizzeria to a team of health care workers from the Wicomico County Health Department, operating the vaccination clinic at the Civic Center. The organization also says they delivered several care packages to staff to get them through the tough days of the pandemic.
