The magistrates courts have continued to process criminals through the system this week, with crimes including drink driving, assault and harassment. Here is a rundown of some of the criminals sentenced recently. Roxanne Duke, 30, of Cheltenham Road, Southend, appeared in court after being caught in the town back on November 5, 2019. She was found driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Bournemouth Park Road, and following a breath test, was found to have 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, which is over the legal limit. She appeared at Southend Magistrates’ Court where she admitted the offence and using abusive words and was fined £100.

Morad Limlahi, 32, of Rossendale Street, Clapton, London, has been charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin. They are due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today/ They were arrested on Friday as part of an investigation into a drugs line from London supplying crack cocaine and heroin in Harlow.

Stephanie Mattacks and Morad Limlahi were arrested in the town on Friday, May 7 as part of an Essex Police investigation into a suspected drugs line from London alleged to be supplying crack cocaine and heroin in Harlow. Mattacks, 35, and Limlahi, 32, are both set to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today (Saturday, May 8). Mattacks, of Trehurst Street, Homerton, has been charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin, and conspiracy to transfer criminal property. Limlahi, of Rossendale Street, Clapton, has been charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin.

James Gibbons murder probe: 16-year-old charged | Braintree and Witham Times

Murder probe - James Gibbons A 16-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of father-of-four James Gibbons in Laindon, police revealed tonight. Mr Gibbons, 34, was stabbed in Iris Mews at around 9.30pm on Sunday. A post-mortem found that Mr Gibbons, 34, had died from stab wounds, Essex Police said. Mr Gibbons had spent the day celebrating his two-year-old twin daughters’ birthday. Despite the efforts of medics and police officers, he died at the scene. A post-mortem examination found he had died from stab wounds. Essex Police believe he had come to the aid of another man at the time. Tonight, police revealed the latest on the murder probe.
