Stonegate Construction, Inc., seeks to convert the historic Fiske House and Odd Fellows Hall into a commercial space with a 100-seat restaurant and eight apartments, respectively.
A 32-unit, multifamily complex is proposed for the adjacent parking area.
The 3.5-acre site is located at 1 Billerica Road and Central Square, within the center village overlay district.
The project is a collaboration of multiple developers. The properties are owned by Americal Management, based in Beverly Hills, California.
Project Engineer Kate Enright presented modifications done to better accommodate fire vehicles. This includes turning radius and the type of curbing along islands in the driveway and parking areas.
