CHESHIRE â The past weekend, the Chesprocott Health District held its first COVID-19 vaccine clinic at Community Pool.
Chesprocott received 200 doses of the Moderna vaccine, and has begun the Phase 1A vaccination process. Another vaccine clinic was held Wednesday.Â

CHESHIRE Chesprocott Health District is offering free radon test kits to residents in Cheshire, Prospect and Wolcott this month.
Radon is a naturally occurring gas that can impact indoor air quality and people’s health.
Starting on Jan. 19, Chesprocott will offer free radon testing kits on a first-come, first-served basis at its office, 1247 Highland Ave. Residents who pick up a testing kit are asked to leave $20, which will be given back when the completed test kit is returned to the office.
There is a limited amount of kits. Health officials will provide mitigation information to those who test with high levels of radon.

CHESHIRE, Conn Connecticut continues to roll out Phase 1A of Covid vaccine distribution. Phase 1A includes healthcare workers, extended care facilities, and first responders. In Cheshire on Saturday first responders received their first dose of the Moderna vaccine.
The Chesprocott Health District serves Cheshire, Prospect, and Wolcott, and hosted its first vaccine clinic for first responders on Saturday in Cheshire, distributing 200 doses of the Moderna vaccine.
Chesprocott Health district launches Phase 1a of vaccinations

CHESHIRE, Conn. The Chesprocott Health District(CHD), which services Cheshire, Wolcott, and Prospect, will be distributing COVID-19 vaccines on January 2.
The event will happen at the Cheshire Town Pool at 10 a.m. The CHD received 200 doses of the Moderna Vaccine and is planning to provide local medical first responders, as well as other people part of Phase 1a.
