Dana Carotenuto has been appointed Chief of Staff. Ms. Carotenuto recently served as Deputy Secretary for Legislative Affairs and Policy in the administration, negotiating key policy initiatives for the administration such as congestion pricing and the legalizing of paid gestational surrogacy.
