Tributes paid to respected North Shields businessman Jim Turnbull
Mr Turnbull led his family funeral business and was well known in the local business and sporting communities

The family of Jim Turnbull have paid tribute to the businessman and well-respected member of the North Shields community after he passed away last month.
Mr Turnbull was the former managing director of E Turnbull & Son Funeral Directors, which has been a fixture in North Shields for more than 200 years. He retired from the business in 2018 and handed over the reins to his daughter Jane Broadhead.

This represented a 10 per cent increase in annual business investment relative to 2019, when the Bank provided €10.1 billion to finance 452 projects. Major media outlets such as Reuters, AFP and bne IntelliNews reported on the Bank’s operational results in 2020. The results were especially widely reported in countries of operations and complemented by media engagements, for instance in Serbia, Ukraine, Greece and Turkey. The results were also successfully shared on the Bank’s social media channels.
