San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora said the city has already distributed nearly P92 million of the P98 million fund allocated for those who were adversely affected by the imposition of the recent lockdowns in Metro Manila to curb the surge of COVID-19 cases.

“’Yung cash ayuda natin, the one that they called the ECQ (Enhanced Community Quarantine) financial assistance, P98 million was allocated to San Juan and we have disbursed close to P92 million,” Zamora said in an interview with ANC’s Headstart.

“Para po sa mga San Juaneñong nakatanggap ng first dose ng bakuna kontra COVID-19, hintayin lamang po ang confirmatory text message na manggagaling sa “SanJuanCity” para sa schedule ng inyong second dose (For those who received their first dose of the vaccine against COVID-19, please wait for a confirmatory text coming from “SanJuanCity” for the schedule of your second dose).” the LGU said in its Facebook post on Monday.
“Tanging sa aming opisyal na number lamang manggagaling ang confirmatory schedule ng araw at oras ng pagbabakuna,” it added.
The LGU also warned its constituents against people spreading fake news and sending false text messages regarding their vaccination schedules.
