For Keith Jefferson, owner of Jeffersonâs Hotwings, the concept is simple â they make delicious wings.
âWe specialize in wings, different flavors and itâs a locally-owned, family-ran operation,â Jefferson said.
Jeffersonâs Hotwings offers a dozen different wing flavors, including Caribbean Jerk, Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan. When I took a visit to try their wings â for research purposes of course â I had the Original Hot and Sweet Chili, which I was told was âslept on.â
Both batches of wings were tender, juicy and full of flavor. One of my biggest gripes is when you order wings and theyâre barely tossed in sauce. Iâm happy to say that Jeffersonâs Hotwings did not fit into that category.
