Those looking to get some peace of mind during the coronavirus pandemic can practice meditation and other relaxation techniques.
But what if you don’t know how to meditate or are on a budget?
The James City County Parks & Recreation department might be able to help on both accounts for free.
The department is hosting a free meditation class in February.
The event is open to the public ages 16 and older. You can register here.
“Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or brand new, all are welcome to this open community meditation practice,” according to the JCC Parks & Recreation’s class catalog. “We’ll explore different styles of meditation techniques as well as tools that aid the meditative process.”
