Police Scotland officers recovered a quantity of cannabis plants after a drugs search warrant was executed at a business park in Kingseat on Thursday, May, 20. The Procurator Fiscal Depute told the court: “On the day in question police received an anonymous phone call in relation to the accused causing a disturbance. Officers attended. The accused told officers not to come anywhere near him. He started throwing his property towards officers and kicked his shoes off towards nearby houses.
