MIAMI – In a press release today, JetBlue (B6) announced it is expanding its international codeshare with Qatar Airways (QR).
The agreement will offer customers more ways to book travel to international destinations aboard the global partner airline. Customers can book the new codeshare flights starting today on jetblue.com for travel beginning April 19.
As part of the new bilateral codeshare, QR will place the JetBlue “B6” code on nine routes the former operates between Doha’s Hamad International Airport (DOH) and several US airports:
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)
Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport (ORD)
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)

Southwest Airlines is bringing back 2,700 flight attendants in time for summer travel
Dallas-based Southwest says every flight attendant who volunteered for leave last year will be back in June.

Southwest Airlines plans to bring back all of its flight attendants who voluntarily took time away last year at the urging of the company another sign the carrier is confident about the summer travel season.
Dallas-based Southwest Airlines, which confirmed earlier this week it was bringing back 209 pilots, said Thursday that it will bring back 2,700 flight attendants on June 1, just as the summer flying season starts.
