Designed by Niles Bolton Associates, the $62 million development includes two four-story buildings and one 11-story building surrounding a private, landscaped courtyard with a swimming pool, fireplace, barbecue grills, screening area, and pergola. A private parking garage with 124 parking spots will be located underground for residents. The building will also feature a fitness center and a penthouse clubroom on the 11th floor. The building will include studios, one, and two-bedroom apartments. It is within walking distance of the Wilmington Train Station. New COVID vaccine pop-up site opens in downtown Miami

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and other local business leaders held a news conference Monday morning at a new COVID-19 vaccine pop-up at the DuPont Building at 169 E. Flagler St. in downtown Miami. The vaccination site will be open from Monday, May 17, to Sunday, May 23, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day. Only the Pfizer vaccine will be offered at that location. “We’re committed to making vaccination as accessible and convenient as possible,” the mayor said. “We want to bring vaccines to schools, to malls, to hotels, restaurants, to the small businesses. We’ve been at the port, we’re at the airport, and we are just working hard to bring vaccines close to the people, and right here in downtown Miami where we have a lot of working people.”
