The new circulars released by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) not only have raised concern about the criteria for ranking teachers’ qualifications, but also the criteria about professional ethics.
MOET has released Circulars No 01, 02, 03 and 04 setting criteria for professional titles, appointment and defining salaries for teaching officers at public preschools and general schools.
The circulars have replaced the old documents issued by MOET and the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2015.

According to tuna export enterprises in Khanh Hoa province, in January, they saw an increase of 3-5 times in tuna import orders and even 10 times compared to December 2020, especially for the US market.
Nguyen Thi Thu Thanh, director of Ben Vung Seafood Co, Ltd., said the company received many orders to export tuna to the US in January. However, the local companies have faced shortages of raw materials for processing tuna products due to a strong reduction in tuna output in many countries such as India and Singapore. This has led to higher prices of raw tuna.

Vinamilk exports first large batch of milk to China in 2021
ABO/NDO – The Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) has exported 10 containers of seed milk to China early this year and is expected to ship five more containers of sweetened condensed milk products to China in the near future.
Ten containers of seed milk including almond and red bean milk left Vietnam in early January, have arrived in China and are being placed on the shelves of convenience stores in this world’s largest market.
A batch of five containers of sweetened condensed milk products are also scheduled to be transported to China before the Lunar New Year.
