Kepala Pusat Data dan Teknologi Informasi Kementerian ESDM Agus Cahyono Adi. ANTARA/HO-Humas Kementerian ESDM Jakarta (ANTARA) - Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) terus meningkatkan transparansi pengelolaan data dan informasi dengan membuat beragam aplikasi yang melibatkan pelaku usaha dan masyarakat.
Peran aktif selama lebih dari satu dekade dalam Extractive Industries Transparency Initiatives (EITI) yang merupakan langkah selanjutnya untuk mewujudkan transparansi pengelolaan data sektor ESDM. Indonesia sebagai bagian dari masyarakat internasional, juga telah mengimplementasikan keterbukaan informasi untuk mendukung peningkatan investasi, terutama di sektor industri ekstraktif yang meliputi minyak dan gas bumi (migas) serta mineral dan batu bara, kata Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian ESDM Ego Syahrial dalam keterangannya yang dikutip di Jakarta, Rabu.
