LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - The Calcasieu Parish Sheriffâs Office was dispatched to homicide that occurred at Walmart on La. 14 at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 23.
According to CPSO spokesperson Kayla Vincent, there was a fight between several young girls inside the store, at which time a 15-year-old was stabbed. The victim, succumbing to her injuries.
According to Vincent, the suspect is a 13-year-old girl who is now in custody.
