LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday extended pre-arrest bail of Eden Housing Scheme owner Dr Muhammad Amjad till Aug 12 and ordered him to deposit Rs1 billion with the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) within four weeks.
A division bench headed by Chief Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan observed if the petitioner wanted to get his bail extended, he needed to furnish payments to the NAB for further disbursement among the affectees of the housing scam.
