A NEW BUSINESS supporting the Welsh hospitality industry has joined forces with top chef Bryn Williams. Compass Cymru launches with a commitment to apprenticeships and partnership with the Colwyn Bay Porth Eiria s chef. Compass Cymru is part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, the UK s largest food and support services firm and along with, championing local suppliers, it will foster the next generation of talent, announcing at least 50 new apprenticeship opportunities this year. Headed by Jane Byrd, Compass Cymru’s Managing Director, the organisation operates in more than 60 sites across Wales, employing thousands of people. The business aims to support the Welsh hospitality industry by championing local suppliers, and fostering the next generation of talent by announcing at least 50 new apprenticeship opportunities this year.
