Loose sand has been discovered around 200 feet underneath the surface of Ram Mandir construction side during the testing of its pillars.
Now, a new technique and approach will be taken for the building of the foundation of the temple, Hindustan Times
The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust and the Ram Mandir Construction Committee held a meeting for the same at New Delhi on Tuesday.
Anil Mishra, a member of the trust told the publication, âEngineers of Larsen & Toubro and Tata Consulting Engineers will suggest a new technique for constructing Ram Mandirâs foundation.â

The construction of the grand temple of Lord Ram at the holy ancient city of Ayodhya is estimated to cost around Rs 1,100 crore, of which around Rs 300-400 crore will be the cost of building the main temple structure, reports
Times of India.
Sharing the details, treasurer of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, Swami Govind Dev Giriji Maharaj said that the structural experts and engineers are drawing up a plan for the foundation of the temple and that the entire construction is expected to be completed in three-and-a-half years.

âWe will go to everyoneâ: VHP on seeking donations from Rahul Gandhi for construction of Ram temple

Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust s general secretary Champat Rai on Tuesday said that the donations would be sought from everyone in the country for the construction of Ram temple at Ayodhya and even Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will be approached.
Speaking to reporters, Rai said under a dedicated campaign starting January 15, 2021, the VHP workers will visit more than five lakh villages and about 12 crore 25 lakh houses in the country.
He said residents in 16,000 villages of Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Robertsganj, Pratapgarh, Varanasi, Chandauli, Ghazipur, Jaunpur, Amethi, Kaushambi, and Sultanpur of Kashi kshetra will be approached for donations during this campaign.
