According to the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA), between 12:00 and 21:00 on Sunday, there will be a high probability of thunderstorms in the districts of Braga, Viana do Castelo, Bragança, Vila Real, Porto, Aveiro, Viseu, Guarda, Coimbra, Castelo Branco, Leiria, Santarém and Portalegre. In all these districts showers are predicted, sometimes heavy and hail, also in the period between 12:00 and 21:00 on Sunday. On Sunday, the maximum temperature will vary between 33 degrees in Santarém and 24 degrees in Guarda.
