Today s News Headlines Union power minister RK Singh today denied reports of cyberattacks behind the Mumbai blackout last year and said it was caused due to human error . Singh, however, did confirm that some cyberattacks took place on India s northern and southern region load dispatch centres but added that the malware could not reach the operating system.
