Alion Science and Technology has secured a $87m task order to provide technical analysis for Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Deputy Commander for Surface Warfare (SEA 21). SEA 21 serves as NAVSEA’s Director for Surface Ship Maintenance and Modernization. It is a dedicated life cycle management organisation for the US Navy’s in-service surface ships.
