Cambridge man indicted for rape, sexual battery The Daily Jeffersonian A man accused of sexually assaulting a woman at her Cambridge home earlier this year is facing multiple felony offenses returned recently by a Guernsey County Common Pleas Court grand jury. Timothy Lloyd Eddy, 42, is facing single counts of rape, a first-degree felony, sexual battery, a third-degree felony, and gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony. The indictment was returned signed and filed with the court on May 24. The offense is alleged to have occurred on Feb. 9. Eddy will appear for an arraignment hearing in the common pleas court on a date yet to be scheduled.
