USCDM is the largest student-run philanthropic organization on campus. It brings together students and the broader campus community to raise funds for the Child Life Program at Prisma Health Children s Hospital, the local Children s Miracle Network Hospital. Now celebrating its 23rd year, Dance Marathon at UofSC has raised over $6.7 million to help improve the lives of more than 150,000 children across the state.  Several events are hosted throughout the year, including the spring Main Event, which is a 14-hour no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon that celebrates a year of raising
