Latest Updates 6:33 p.m.: Sacramento stays in red tier while Amador and Sutter improve A few counties in Northern California have moved into less-restrictive tiers in the state s reopening system based on their COVID-19 positivity test rates.  Amador, Glenn and Sutter Counties have moved from the second-most restrictive red tier to the orange tier. Mendocino County has moved from orange to yellow. Sacramento County, with a case rate of 8.4 per 100,000, has been in the red tier since March 15.

SNHD: 11 non-viral hepatitis cases linked to Real Water products, additional reports being investigated     LAS VEGAS (KVVU) After working with federal partners, the health district has identified 11 probable cases of acute non-viral hepatitis linked to the consumption of “Real Water” brand alkaline water in Clark County. In March, the Southern Nevada Health District announced it was working with its federal partners to investigate five cases of severe acute non-viral hepatitis in children between Nov. 23 and Dec. 3, 2020. Since its initial investigation, the health district has identified six additional probable cases, for a total of 11 probable cases. One additional suspected case has met clinical criteria, but has not been tested for viral hepatitis.
