Right Campaigns to End Abortion in America

Right Campaigns to End Abortion in America  the weekly newspaper of the New Anticapitalist Party (NPA) of France. The Republican Party is engaged in a massive political campaign to take away women’s right to abortion. Because abortion is currently protected by the U.S. Supreme Court case Roe v. Wade, Republicans have for several years been passing state laws to restrict abortions. They have passed 90 such laws in the past year and have introduced another 561 bills in 47 states this year. Five states have banned abortions when there is a fetal heartbeat at six weeks into pregnancy, others restrict who can perform an abortion or restrict abortion clinics. Some would ban abortion altogether. Some of these bills would give rights to the fetus, would ban in vitro fertilization, or stop medical research that uses fetal tissue.

Andrew Cuomo s Cowardly Lyin Cheats Voters

August 27, 2014 Andrew Cuomo won’t debate either his female, Democrat primary opponent, or his general election GOP challenger. Andy’s dodged repeated calls to face off against either Dem professor, Zephyr Teachout or Republican, Westchester County Executive, Rob Astorino. Rather than risk arguing policy with a couple of articulate adversaries, the governor has chosen to hide behind his $35 million war chest and use it to: 1) Try to bounce Ms. Teachout from the primary ballot. 2) Unleash a spate of nasty, unfounded smear ads targeting Astorino that are so bad even Democrats are characterizing them as “unusually vicious”. Having failed to remove Teachout (claiming she was a non-resident for the required number of years) from the September slate, Cuomo now needs to answer two questions. Should he debate her? Would it be wise to hit her with negative advertising?

Terry McAuliffe s Extreme Stance on Abortion is Something Which Must Be Addressed

Share Source: AP Photo/Patrick Semansky, File When it comes to issues facing the gubernatorial Virginia election, abortion deserves to have more of a spotlight. Specifically, it s the abortion extremism of Democratic gubernatorial candidate, Terry McAuliffe, and those who support his campaign, which needs to be addressed. McAuliffe, who served as governor from 2013-2017 has taken to bragging about his stance on abortion, specifically when it comes to being a brick wall on any regulations or restrictions against it.  He used the phrase in October 2013, while on the campaign trail. The ad which mentions the brick wall line also included an exchange between McAuliffe and a woman, with McAuliffe saying I would support stopping any restrictions, when asked as governor, would you oppose any restrictions on my right to an abortion at any time?
