Trump s Mar-a-Lago Neighbors Pen Letter to Prevent Him from Moving to the Private Club, Urge Him to Find Another Lovely Estate Elsewhere

Donald Trump’s beloved Mar-a-Lago may no longer be a residential option once he leaves the White House; that’s if a group of neighbors at the Palm Beach, Florida, private club have their way. They’ve taken legal measures to ensure that the president does not make it his permanent home. Palm Beach town authorities received a letter addressed to the U.S. Secret Service that states Trump no longer has the right to permanently reside at Mar-a-Lago, as a result of a 1993 agreement in which he turned the residence into a private club, reported The Washington Post. The deal prohibits the club members from staying at the guest suites more than 21 days a year or being there for more than seven consecutive days.

Strasburg contest The list of homes participating in the Strasburg holiday home decorating contest has been announced along with I Spy With My Little Eye Something themes. Visitors are encouraged to see how many themes they can find and vote for their favorite homes. The contest runs through Dec. 31. The route to visit all the homes takes about two hours to view. Every home will have a yard sign with its participant number. Vote for your top three winners at the Strasburg Visitor Center. The winner(s) will be announced on New Yearâs Day. A demand letter sent by a lawyer in December on behalf of the DeMoss family, who are neighbors of the Mar-a-Lago property and run an international missionary foundation to the town of Palm Beach and addressed to the U.S. Secret Service argued that Trump has no legal right to permanently reside in Mar-a-Lago after his presidency.
