One injured in Troutdale motel shooting
Suspect at-large; second time gunfire has occurred at Troutdale Motel 6 this month
Multnomah County Sheriff s Office deputies are investigating a shooting at a motel in Troutdale that left an adult man injured.
At about 2:45 a.m. Thursday, April 15, deputies responded to reports of a shooting at the Motel 6, 1610 N.W. Frontage Road. They found one victim, who was transported to the hospital by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to law enforcement, the adult male suspect fled the motel prior to the deputies arrival. No arrests have been made.
During an investigation, the detectives learned the suspect and victim engaged in an argument before the shooting. The two men allegedly did not know each other.

Early Thursday morning, April 1, an adult man was threatened and carjacked while in a Troutdale parking lot.
Around 6:39 a.m. Multnomah County Sheriff s patrol deputies responded to reports of an armed robbery and shots fired in the Motel 6 parking lot at 1610 N.W. Frontage Road. Deputies found evidence of gunfire, and the adult male victim who was uninjured.
The two suspects had threatened the victim, fired a shot, then stole a gray 2008 BMW 5 series sedan. Deputies located the BMW traveling westbound on Interstate 84 near Northeast 122nd Avenue.
