Nishank launches i-Skill Junior programmes on Youth Day

New Delhi, Jan 12 : Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on Tuesday launched the i-Skill Junior programme to mark the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekanand, which is also celebrated as Youth Day .
Designed by iNurture Education Solutions, Bengaluru, the programme will help the Indian youth to keep up with the future trends.
Nishank said, India is a country of youth and Swami Vivekananda has always inspired the youth to move forward. Such experiments and programs in the field of education will give a new direction to the youth and establish India as a country which he dreamt of. Similarly, the National Education Policy, 2020 has presented a very progressive approach to education in our country and has opened up many opportunities.

New Delhi [India], January 11 (ANI): Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank held a high-level meeting with top officials of the Education Ministry at his residence here on Monday to review the progress made regarding the implementation of New Education Policy 2020.
Officials said that during the hour-long meeting, the Education Minister reviewed the progress made regarding the implementation of NEP 2020.
An official told ANI that the meeting discussed the goal in NEP 2020 to universalise education from pre-school to secondary level. PM to address 2nd National Youth Parliament festival on Jan 12

New Delhi, Jan 10 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the valedictory function of the second National Youth Parliament Festival (NYPF) on Tuesday, an event to hear the voice of youth between 18 and 25 years of age, who are allowed to vote and will join various careers in the coming years, including public services.
Modi will attend the event at 10.30 a.m. via video conferencing.
Three national winners of the festival will also express their views during the event, which is based on the idea given by the Prime Minister in his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ address on December 31, 2017.
