Dennis, 19, was reported missing on April 24; she was last seen leaving her residence hall around 11 p.m. Julia Stevens with Allies for Black Justice organized the search. “We’re here to try and bring Saniyya Dennis home safely, end all, be all. There’s some information suspecting that her phone was pinged in the Goat Island area, so we’re just making sure that her face is everywhere, that everywhere you go in Niagara Falls, people know to look out for this girl, and hopefully we can bring her home safely, Stevens said.

That clinic runs tomorrow and Saturday, and the first 1,000 people who get their shot there will receive a free transit pass from the NFTA. (WKBW) — The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) wants you to participate in its annual Metro bus and rail customer satisfaction surveys. The surveys cover topics such as scheduling and wait-times as well as safety and cleanliness. NFTA says a section on service during the COVID-19 pandemic is also included. “We encourage customers to take our survey, said Tom George, Director of Public Transit. The survey helps us collect important feedback from our customers and provides valuable insight on how we can better serve our riding community in the future.”

(WKBW) — The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority is suing the City of Buffalo and the Buffalo Water Authority. The NFTA says they want the city to pay for damage to their light rail system, which they claim was damaged during a water main break at the Delavan Station in January of 2020.
