Niagara Catholic District School Board has announced Niagara Region Public Health has formally declared a COVID-19 outbreak at St. Charles Catholic Elementary School in Thorold.

Students and those trying to work from home across southern Ontario have been hampered with internet connection problems for the second time this week.
Issues with internet access seemed to start shortly after 10 a.m. Friday morning and continued until early afternoon. We wish to inform you that we have implemented solutions to resolve the situation, and now you should progressively see your services restored, Cogeco tweeted.
