Missoula Man Arrested for His Eighth DUI, Third Felony Offense On Wednesday, a Missoula Police Department Officer observed a vehicle fail to yield for a pedestrian that had entered the crosswalk and utilized the flashing pedestrian sign. Police Public Information Officer Lydia Arnold explains. “An on duty detective in an unmarked car observed driving behavior that was dangerous to all of the vehicles on the road,” Arnold said. “After observing the vehicle fail to yield at a crosswalk with crossing pedestrians, the vehicle swerved in its lane and failed to stop at a stop light. A traffic stop was conducted. Responding officers made contact with the driver, 34-year-old Seth Reeb.”
