An article on May 27 wrongly suggested that private equity company Terra Firma ran Four Seasons Health Care until December 2019. In fact, FSHC has been under the control of its bond holders since November 2017.
Terra Firma has asked us to clarify that it halved FSHC s debt on acquisition, took no dividends and ultimately wrote off what it was owed; despite reduced fees and rising costs, 66% of its homes were rated good or outstanding.
