A West Ward Easton man is charged with felony aggravated assault after pushing down a police officer trying to apprehend him on a warrant, according to court records.
Bryan K. McNally, 35, of the 1400 block of Butler Street, allegedly gave a false name to officer Vince Bruneo and, when asked for identification, pushed Bruneo to the ground.
McNally ran east in the 100 block of Northampton Street during the incident about 10:45 a.m. Monday, according to court records.
