BRIDGEWATER, N.J., May 11, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Insmed Incorporated (Nasdaq: INSM) announced today that it priced a registered underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock (the Shares ) at a price to the public of $25.00 per share before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions, and a registered underwritten public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 0.75% convertible senior notes due 2028 (the Notes ). A portion of the net proceeds from the offering of the Notes will be used to repurchase $225 million in aggregate principal amount of Insmed s existing outstanding 1.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2025 (the 2025 Notes ). NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., April 21, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Evolus, Inc. (Nasdaq: EOLS) announced today the pricing of its public offering of 9,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $9.50 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions.
