To serve and facilitate the senior citizens who cannot go to hospitals says CM

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan inaugurated the mobile vaccination service in Peshawar on Thursday to facilitate the elderly at their doorsteps.
“In the initial phase, three vehicles will run on different routes on the outskirts of Peshawar,” he said.
On the occasion, CM Mahmood said the aim and objective of launching the mobile corona vaccination services is to serve and facilitate the senior citizens who cannot go to hospitals or do not want to go due to the prevailing third wave will be vaccinated at their homes.

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government on Tuesday reverted back to 60 years as the retirement age of the government servants from the previous 63-years, closed down educational institutions in nine districts in view of rising coronavirus cases and took several other decisions.
The decisions were taken by a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Mahmood Khan, said an official handout.
Ministers, advisers, special assistants to the chief minister, secretaries took for debate a 14-agenda item and made a number of decisions.
Addressing the cabinet, Mahmood Khan directed the departments to ensure implementation on the development and public welfare schemes under time-tag in the remaining two and half years of the government.

CM Mahmood Khan announces Rs220m for upgrading Swabi hospital

SWABI: Chief Minister Mahmood Khan on Wednesday announced Rs220 million for upgrading the Bacha Khan Medical Complex Shahmansoor.
The chief minister visited Swabi along with National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser, provincial Finance Minister Taimur Jhagra, Minister for Elementary and Secondary Education Shahram Tarakai and others.
Mahmood Khan inaugurated 160-bed ward at the Bacha Khan Medical Complex Shahmansoor, which is now a teaching hospital of Gajju Khan Medical College Swabi.
The chief minister said the government was committed to providing health facilities to the people. He said that no effort would be spared to mitigate the sufferings of the poor.
