‘Besties Like Their Mommies’: Fans Fawn Over Ciara’s New Post with Daughter Sienna and Vanessa Bryant’s Daughter Bianka

Although it’s unclear how long Vanessa and Ciara have known each other, their friendship, often described as a sisterhood, became apparent last year after the singer as well as other friends, including La La Anthony and Monica– supported Vannesa following the deaths of her husband, NBA legend Kobe Bryant, and daughter Gianna “Gigi” Bryant. They, alongside seven other people, including some of Gigi’s teammates, perished in a helicopter crash on the way to a basketball tournament.

Vanessa Bryant, the wife of the late Kobe Bryant, accepted her husband s admission into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Saturday night on his behalf, saying that he s still winning even after he s gone. I used to always avoid praising my husband in public because I felt like he got enough praise from his fans around the world and someone had to bring him back to reality, Vanessa Bryant said at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut. Right now, I m sure he s laughing in heaven because I m about to praise him in public for his accomplishments on one of the most public stages. Detroit Pistons legend Ben Wallace, a
four-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year, will reportedly be
selected to the 2021 Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame class Sunday.
Marc J. Spears of The Undefeated
reported the news Saturday on the impending enshrinement of Wallace, who also
played for the Washington Wizards, Orlando Magic, Chicago Bulls and
Cleveland Cavaliers during a 16-year career that ended in
2012. He won an NBA title with the Pistons in 2004.
Wallace went undrafted out of Virginia
Union, a Division II program, in 1996 and played a minor role across
34 appearances with Washington as a rookie.
