Ohio reference likely a shoutout to Fremont native who works on Marvel films

FREMONT - Ohio continues its unique relationship with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, this time with a reference to Fremont in the new Disney+ series Loki.
At the 12:59 mark of the Loki finale for its first season, agents make their way through Fremont, Ohio, in a high school setting where Hunter B-15, played by Wunmi Mosaku, lures Hunter D-90, played by Neil Ellice, and his troops to a school building when the title card Fremont, Ohio appears.
While the sequence was not actually shot in Fremont, Chris Rupp, owner of Rupp s Comics, said it is likely a shout out to Salvatore Valone, a Fremont native who has worked on various Marvel projects, including being a first assistant editor on the debut episode of Loki.
