    Retail NI Chief Executive Glyn Roberts said, “These regulations make it extremely difficult for cafes and coffee shops within retail stores and shopping centres to open on Monday.      “Strict table service will just not work for these businesses which rely on self-service and which will now have to employ table staff by Monday to allow them to open. He continued, “This goes far wider than just retail. “It will impact on stand-alone coffee shops and many fast-food businesses that make up our high streets.     “And we are amazed that such an ill-thought-out proposal could be brought forward.     “Yet again this is another example of the Executive Office not consulting with business before they publish regulations which will have a big impact on the economy.”
