Issue of new Shares under the Share Incentive Plan, PDMR Dealing & Total Voting Rights
Ideagen PLC (AIM: IDEA), a leading supplier of Information Management Software to highly regulated industries, announces that it has allotted a total of 3,386 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ( Ordinary Shares ) following the purchase of 3,386 Ordinary Shares by a number of employees in aggregate under the Company s Share Incentive Plan ( SIP ). In addition, the Company has also applied for 2,213,333 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. These shares were issued and allotted on 17 October 2019, and announced as such on that date, but the clerical procedures for ensuring admission to trading on AIM were not fully completed.

Under the terms of the SIP, once employees have satisfactorily completed their probationary period, they may sign up to both the Free Share Agreement and Partnership Share Agreement, however, they may only begin active participation in the Partnership Agreement at the beginning of the tax year.
