The ministry followed up what was circulated on social media platforms about the ownership of land by a number of children in the Sultanate of Oman. The Ministry confirms that the controls for granting land for its various uses are clear and defined in accordance with the law, said the ministry. It also confirmed that, as the mentioned data indicates, the lands are inherited, purchased or gifted lands by the children s families.
