Fuelled by the Covid-19 pandemic, the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technology is on the rise globally with many Indian IT service providers playing a critical role in this due to availability of skilled labour force.
AI, according to IBM, enables computers and machines to mimic the perception, learning, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities of the human mind.
