âStudying during a pandemic has its challenges,â said Nia Edwards, who is a 16-year-old student at Coleg Sir Gâr. Based at the Graig campus, she is studying biology, chemistry, physics, photography and the Extended Project Qualification. She started her A-level experience during Covid-19, something she could never have imagined a few years ago. Now she is a college ambassador and is helping prospective students to understand what it s like at the college during the virtual open week, which starts on March 8.

Nigerian On-Air Personality, EmmCee RNB, has collaborated with popular singer, Oga Network to release a new single titled ’Tell’.
The song was produced by Chechdaproducer and video by Al Yhusuff Films.
Currently, with Naija Fm 102.7 Lagos, EmmCee RNB, whose real names are Henry Ogunbodede, has been in the entertainment space for over a decade with several awards to his name including his latest ‘Jokers’ award as ‘OAP of the year’.
Speaking about what he does apart from being an OAP and how he manages to blend all careers, he said, “I was doing a lot but that has reduced recently. First of all, I’m an event host and Master of Ceremony(MC), in between I also run a public relations and digital company known as DreamAlive Innovative Entertainment; over the years I have built over 45 websites.

Thomas Shaw A 17-year-old boy from Orford was invited to an online celebration of some of the brightest young minds in the region thanks to his competition essay on the theories of quantum mechanics. Thomas Shaw, who studies A-Level Biology, Chemistry and Maths, entered his 2,000-word essay on the fundamental theory in physics in the Pembroke North Essay competition The competition is run by Pembroke College in Oxford, aiming to support and inspire the next generation of undergraduates as they consider their university choices. Thomas said: “I found the event interesting and I particularly enjoyed being able to ask questions to students about life on campus within the current COVID-19 restrictions.
