Former Love is All You Knead owner found not guilty of sex offender restriction violation charge Endrick Torres
The former owner of a Gainesville doughnut shop was found not guilty last week on a charge of violating restrictions while on the sex offender registry, according to court documents.
Endrick Joseph Torres, of Bethlehem, was acquitted on the charge April 6 following a bench trial before Hall County Superior Court Judge Bonnie Oliver.
In a bench trial, the judge provides a verdict instead of a jury.
Torres owned Love is All You Knead doughnut and ice cream shop on the Gainesville square but was arrested June 18, 2019, by Gainesville Police.

More than six months since the fatal wreck involving Hall County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Stephanie Hollingsworth, the prosecutor said his office is still gathering information and “look forward to a resolution of the case.”
The wreck happened Sept. 20 on Ga. 11 near Green Circle, when authorities said a 16-year-old allegedly drove off the east shoulder of the roadway.
